9/10
Okay, so the staff was, like, super sweet and helpful, especially Sophia. She made us feel right at home! And oh my gosh, breakfast with those stunning rooftop views? ! Total game changer! But, like, the bed covers were a bit rough. Still, the vibe here is just awesome!

Clean rooms and strong Wi-Fi, but breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Exceptional views from the rooftop terrace create memorable moments.
The economy double room was cramped and misleadingly portrayed in photos. My window barely offered light as it faced a neglected wall. Breakfast options were horrendously limited, and the quality fell short with instant coffee.

this so-called hotel is basically a noise box, making sleep impossible. not to mention, the misleading ‘sea view’ that featured discarded trash instead. the staff had the audacity not to offer me a complimentary room upgrade after such inconveniences. i almost gave a good review, but the experience was truly unforgivable.

pleasant stay but steep walk
Reception staff welcomed us warmly after a long journey, which was appreciated. The room was small but exceptionally clean, making for a comfortable stay. WiFi connection remained strong throughout our visit. From the rooftop dining area, we enjoyed stunning views of the surrounding landmarks, enhancing our experience.
The location is beautiful but requires a challenging uphill walk from the tram stop.

Checking in after a long flight, I was thrilled to find the complimentary snacks in the lounge and the cozy, relaxing TV room was perfect for unwinding. They have a cool game area and a small library if you're looking for a chill spot. My only complaint was the shower pressure, which could've been better, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay! 😊
